Mid Cornwall Gallery - Ref: 07053 - Carne Beach at Low-tide
This is Carne Beach at low-tide. As you can probably see this wasn't a very bright day, with some heavy dark clouds overhead and rather flat lighting. However putting a Neutral Density filter over the cloud area has allowed me to brighten the foreground and bring out the detail in the cliff area, sea and beach. I think it has a certain drama and is not your usual commercial beach shot, which to me makes it different and a valid image.
