North Cornwall Gallery - Ref: 05570 - From the Dunes - Camel Estuary, North Cornwall
This image was taken on a walk from Daymer Bay to Rock alongside The Camel Estuary. The wildflowers in the foreground are Red Valerian which seem to thrive on the sandy ground found here. Daymer Bay is a well known local spot for wind and kite surfing and the walk to Rock takes you past the St Enodoc Golf Course and Brae Hill, there is also a passenger ferry you can take to visit Padstow on the opposite bank of the Esuary.
